Hate it did not work for me look like clay and crack as it dryed trying diffrent product

I am not pleased with the product. I think the blonde is very fake looking.

I wasted $22 purchasing this product. As a dark skin Black woman, the product does nothing to complement my skin, much less does the job it claims to do. It looks like mud on my brows when it dries. I wouldn't encourage any woman of color, or specifically, Black women to purchase this product. Horrible!

I attempted to use the contact-me page twice to request a return. When I called in to question why I hadn't received any responses, I received horrible customer service. There was no attempts to help me resolve the issue. I was told that neither of my requests from the contact page were received. Conveniently, it was now past my 30 day trial period. I was excited to try the product in a different color; most likely would have been a customer for life. Very disappointing. I would never recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

Still haven't received my parcel in the mail... been a month almost... no tracking number or anything .... won't give me my money back either... still waiting... turning into a bad experience

It's hard to say my experience was unreasonable or rude, as it never occurred at all. I'm still waiting (10+ days) for a response to my email. I'd like to return the eyebrow product that doesn't work. I sent an email to see about getting an RMA or a postage paid label. Nada. I'm afraid if I return the product by just mailing it back I'll never hear from them at all and won't have the product if I actually get a hold of someone in the future.

I didn't get the color I should have gotten. I'm Hispanic and true brunette. I got a color that I believe is blonde
