Its has been several weeks now i would say and havent recieved any of my orders very disappointed and most likely to never order again! Til now i still dont have my orders and is very irritating.

Does not work don't waste your money.

It dries before you can shape the brow & the eye lash brush takes away from the definition

I placed the order on a Friday and did not receive it until the following Wednesday which was passed the 5 day standard delivery time. When I received that product I was super excited to try it out especially after seeing all the videos online. However, when I finally tried the product it literally rubbed right off with one swipe. My Anastasia Beverly Hills Pomade lasts longer than this product and sticks to my hair and skin better than this "waterproof" gel. Another thing I didn't like was that I emailed the company about returning the product and I explained why and the representative was not empathetic at all. Whoever responded just replied with a generic explanation on how to return the product but never said anything like "I'm sorry to hear that our product was not what you expected..."

I was extremely unpleased with the quality of the product. I was told it would be waterproof if put on dry skin. I would appreciate a postage paid label so that I may return. Tried five times, horrible! Definitely not waterproof and comes off easily.

Al tools not offered and honestly you need thick brows or lot's of brow to work! Very disappointed

Wiped right off. Nothing like it said. My friend ordered it at the same time I did and hers was just as bad. Very disappointed.

I so wanted this product to be wunderful, I meant to spell it that way. Unfortunately, this product is horrible, the brown/ black color looks like a grayish mud color, when applied. I gave it 1 star because , it does stay on, so I had to really scrub my eyebrow to get that gray mudd off. With me having dark hair, it's just really not a good look. It's very horrible looking.👎🏾. Please work on the color.
