The product did make my skin look nice. The product makes my skin itch & burn so I can not really use it. This for only a temporary fix. Thank you for allowing me to try this.

I am absolutely disappointed in the lack of communication and advertising from this company. I order my product on the 27th of January not knowing it was back ordered. Had I known it was back ordered I most likely would have changed my order (or wouldn't have mind had it come separately since only one items was back ordered). Once my order was placed I almost immediately received a shipping confirmation email. I check every couple of days and had seen in the FAQs that most of the time you have your product within 4 days, it has now been three weeks to the day and still haven't received my items. I contacted via email 6 days after ordering and got a response letting me know that my items were back order and that I should have my items the middle of the next week. Sure enough I did not receive my items in the approximate time frame I was given. So once again I contacted customer service and did not receive a response. After the third email that I wanted to cancel my order my items finally ship. Now I can not cancel my order unless I refuse my package or return it. 21 days later (15 business days) still no product. Even if I decide to try this item and like it I will not be reordering anything from this website. My experience was unacceptable and would highly suggest letting customers know upfront that items are on back order. Honestly at this point I do not even believe that I will accept the package.

I loved the color but it does not stay on as they claim and you can remove it with Vaseline. It would be better with a mascara wand in the tube.

The product does flake leaving you looking like the skin of a melon. It "cakes" up when using your regular foundation. Some people gave awesome reviews so I suppose everyone should decide for themselves. My experience may not be what someone else's is. I know this lead me to not want to purchase another product from this company.

The wunderbrow I purchased does not give a natural look to your brows. I ordered the blonde color and it is way too dark, more medium brown than blonde. When applied it makes your brows feel stiff and they look stiff.

I have no idea if this product works because I have not received it yet. When I track my package, it shows it'll be delivered a month after I received my email confirmation, if that's even accurate, since this will be the second delivery date I was shown. I don't think I'll be ordering again unless I LOVE the product since I like what I use now and have a reliable source for purchase. I figured I should give "Wunder Brow" a try and so far, nor impressed with wait time.

I wouldn't know how to rate your product as I have not received it. I ordered the wunderbrow on 1/27/17 and it's now 2/17/17. I received an email stating it was shipped on 1/29 but when I called to track it I was told it had not been shipped due to the brush being on back order. Why wouldn't your company send me an email to inform me item ordered was on back order??? Why would I receive an email telling me it was shipped when it wasn't??? The least you could have done is expedite the shipping but nope that wasn't available. Don't know if I would order again based on your shipping and handling.
