Haven't gotten my replacemet
Its been several weeks...I lost my tracking number!!

Would not by this product again
First of all tracking number didn't work. Was 11 business days before I got it. The product it self says black brown but it's a light brown and doesn't match at all. And I have dark brown eyebrows. It doesn't go on nice. And looks flaky and chalky. It also does not last all day and be water proof like the add states. Way too much money for the product. Would of rather spent $3 on it at shoppers drug mart. Then the $40 with shipping and such Also they say they have a 30 day guarantee. But they expect you to pay for shipping with tracking to get it back to them and must be in a safe padded envelope to get just your original product money back no original shipping So you would still be out the original shipping and new shipping with tracking to send back. Horrible product. Horrible company !!

The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. Horrible product
This is a horrible product, I ordered it about a month ago. Claims it's smudge proof, water proof etc. I used it once and within seconds of sweating I had dark marks on my face.

Hello there, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.

Did nothing it said it was going to do.
If I still had the box and receipt I would return it. I have called, and wrote an email explaing my dissappointment. No one has responded. I followed the directions carefully and your product completely came off the minute I washed my face. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

They sent out my first two orders with no problems. But I still haven't received my third and final order.
