Hi there, thank you for sharing your expereience with us. Please keep in mind WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. The WunderCleanse is our product that was specifically made to remove the Wunderbrow softly. It is to be applied over the WunderBrow, left in for a few seconds, and rubbed off with a cotton ball. If you rub it too hard it will not work the intended way.
