The video makes this look really easy to apply but in person it's very gunky and difficult to work with. Not pleased at all.

I ordered two items back at the end of May. I never received any shipping notification for weeks. When I contacted customer service, they said one of the items was backordered so that's why there was a delay. 1) They could've sent the products separately 2) Done a good job updating inventory on their site and/or 3) Sent a follow-up email saying something was backordered. I responded to an email from customer service and I've heard nothing since. Then, I email them again asking to cancel my order and then magically, my order shipped. Your service and lack of communication is awful. I probably won't order from your site again.

It does not go on as easily as it does in all of the application videos that are posted. I now notice that they are all using 2 brands of color which is never mentioned in the ads. Some people add a clear or a light blonde with their brown. They all use an eyebrow brush applicator which is unnoticeable when you are watching the videos because it seems that you will receive all that it necessary with your purchase. I have been applying it with the wand/paint like brush directly from the tube and it becomes a mess that I try to even out with the mascara wand that is enclosed but I end up with clumping areas and unfinished (bald looking-no brow) looking areas. I was excited to take this on my 3 month trip to SE Asia because of its waterproof and staying ability but now I need to go buy something else last minute to replace it because of the uneven brows it creates. Having very quick application videos on your Instagram to prove that it creates beautiful, waterproof eyebrows does not help the regular consumer that has to apply it. Instead, it seems to be a quick marketing tool that I fell for and I'm sure many others have to. I think you have a good product but you are not marketing it to the consumer so that they feel good about it when they get it. At this point, I would not recommend it. Not until you post a real training video with all of the actual tools and products needed to produce the effect that you market. I've been using other products that are also waterproof and are easier to use and have websites that take you through a training video to get perfect eyebrows. I will be using those products until this issue is remedied. Disappointed but hopeful for the future. Thank you for your time.

The promise that it would last at least 2 days it's completely un true ..., every night when I wash my face with a regular cleanser the wonderbrow comes right off ......very sad from the videos thought this was going to actually deliver results!

I bought the the Wunderbrow in Auburn, which is not Auburn at all or even close and the Wunderlift. The Wunderbrow looks very fake and does not stay on as advertised. The Wunderlift works for about an hour. I've used the 90sec miracle and it is a far superior product lasting 8 hours. Don't waste your money on either.

IN THE COMERCIAL IT TELLS YOU IT DOES COME OUT AND IT DOES COME OUT VERY VERY EASY I WILL NOT BUY IT AGAIN AND I TOLD MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT IS NOT WHAT THE COMERCIAL TELLS YOU. VERY UN HAPPY COSTOMER

The colors are limited. Need choices like gray for silver haired people It is not easy to use.
