I really wanted this to work. I have no eyebrows. Color was good match, but I didn't like as much as my pencil. I will return it.

I bought this product with the greatest of hope but it works no better than a regular eyebrow pencil or a shadow. It comes off easily (supposed to only come off with eye make up remover) and so I have to reapply it every morning. For the price I wouldn't buy it again.

It only last for one day

I was so happy when I ordered Wunderbrow, free shipping plus a money back guarantee, you guys had me sold. Shipping on the site said 3-4 days. I did not get my order until almost 2 weeks later. I called to see what was going on and kept getting the run around, all I was told was "We apologize and your order will be there soon". I expected it to be here within the time frame stated when ordering and using Wunderbrows "standard shipping". I was hoping to have it in time for an event I attended, but nope didn't happen. I feel the customer service was not very helpful. This was one of my worst online order experiences.

Wasn't impressed with this product....could not see any fibres....looked too painted on...

I received my wunder brow gel promptly however it was not the right colour. I sent a Facebook message regarding exchange and was told to email customer care which I did. I was told to return the product and I would receive a refund withing 5 business days and could then place an order for the correct colour. It cost me $11.11 to return the product through Canada Post. I returned the product on June 7th 2016 and have not received a refund yet. It has been much more than 5 business days. I am not satisfied with the service thus far but I'm optimistic that I will get my money back as I would still love to use the brow gel.

It's not that easy to apply. It does not look natural. Very unhappy.

I threw it away after trying it twice, looks terrible like a pen on your eyebrows and didn't stay on long either
