Major Dissapointment
This is so yucky! What ever is this substance? The first color for brunette looked like putty-colored and went on like unlike (and not preferable) any eye brow help ever. It's like see through water with an unlikable color. I ordered another (darker--for almost black brows). Ugh, same, yucky. Brushing helps none and it looks nothing like the ad whatsoever. When I called to return the item the rep replied saying he was sending me an email. All I received in the email was a login and password, no instruction as to how to send the item back. After logging in, I did not find any link to return the item so I sent an email to customer support. How exhausting. I hope I here back.
