It took too long to receive

I love their wunderbrow2, it has very good coverage and is long lasting, meaning I do not have to reapply constantly. I was very disappointed in the length of time it took for my order to arrive (12 days total) I had called and made them aware of this problem and they had given me a $2 return on what I paid. I feel that more should have been done about this shipping problem.

When I saw the eyebrow color I expected it to be darker because online it came out like that. The color was not what I expected and when applying it to my eyebrows it would smear . I actually order a brown and got a blonde color so I think communication in the business is bad. The shipping was great though . Hopefully I can get my brown shade for free due to the error they send. Thank you

The color of the black brown should be a little better when it goes on it look like a gray, I'm a African American I thought that the color will be more of a dark brown not a grayish color so when I apply it I have to go light

The price was great when it first started. But ever since more people started to buy wunderbrow, I realize that the prices have gone up dramatically. I hope that the price should be back to the way how it started. So that many range of people can afford it. When that happens, people can buy more than one or more customers can purchase when they see the price is acceptable.

I love the product it stays on like it suppose to do, but i had some problems applying it. I still cant seem to get it right every time. I feel the application brush should be thinner and there is too much product coming out at once. Overall I will continue to use use it and hopefully find ways to use it better.

I dont like the fact that it seems to be drying up in the tube already .. it feels a bit cakey when i pull out the brush... not sure if i got a bad batch of it!!

I was super excited after purchasing my wunderbrow in the black brown color. it was shipped out to me in no time which was A+ service. Unfortunately, after trying the product on my brows, it ended up looking super ashy and grey looking.. My boyfriend look at me and said I had granny looking eyebrows. Imagine my disappointment, as I hoped I had finally found something better than eyebrow pencils to enhance the shape of my brows. And, I was pretty surprised that it came off with no effort, using my makeup remover, so I didn't even need to open up my cleanser. I called Customer service to return my product today.. I guess I am going back to the pencil life. Really wish it worked for me like it has for others!
