The product even though it is the darkest color available is not dark enough for my dark brows nor does it look natural at all. The product came off at the end of a work shift, or about 10 hours. Would not recommend.

I tried the blk/bro color & it dries ashy & green looking on women of color. Maybe it need a little more perfection with the color. Love how it shapes the brow.

I have no problem with the ordering or delivery of my items, I just simply hate the product. I completely wasted $60. It didn't go on easily. It was clumpy and I found it didnt have good coverage of my eyebrows. I also purchased the remover gel (which is fine) and the under eye cream (which was also TERRIBLE!) Totally disappointed. Hoping I can get my money back.

I am very blonde and bought the blonde color. The product is thick and the color is strange. It clumps up. I keep trying cause I want to love it, but it's just really pastey.

Long lasting but wish the brown/black color was darker like a lot darker. In shades of chocolate and actual dark brown almost black not milk chocolate 😒 I had to go over it with pencil and still wasn't as I expected. Also applicator could be more firm and on a slant like a normal brow brush. Good concept just needs a few adjustments.

I wanted to return something and in order to do this you have to call in and and get a code. I called several time and got voicemail. I finally decided to leave a message. I also followed up by sending them an email. No one got back to me for days, so I had to call back. When I spoke to someone I tasked them why no one for back to me he simply went on to getting my info so he could provide a code. After that I asked again and expressed that he didn't even acknowledge, explain or apologize for why no one for back to me.

It just too difficult to apply to my brows. Before I can rearrange, redistribute the pomade, it has dried and flakes and clumps. I live in the south so we have plenty of humidity even with AC. To places where brows have thinned it take forever to cover so they match other areas. I grew frustrated, cleaned it all off and went back to my old Avon pencil with a layer of Model in a Bottle" brow fixative for long lasting color. Good try. Just not for me. I'd love my money back.
