I ordered this product and was very excited. I have decently thick eyebrows but like to fill them in, and like to outline the shape of them. When I first applied the product I found that it was hard to outline my brows. The product kept getting caught up in my eyebrow hair. I found once it was caught up in my eyebrow hair that I had to apply more product. This product dries very very sticky, and once the product had dried on my eyebrows I found that my eyebrows looked glued down!!! In order for this product to work correctly I would have to trim and thin my eyebrows and I am not comfortable thinning my actual hair only to fill it in with the gel. This product does not look like that add, and I was very disappointed with it. - not easy to apply if you have thicker brows - too thick once dried eyebrows look glued down - application brush is poor quality

Color dries much darker than it seems. Didn't last more than one day. Feels like dried paint when its on. Not as easy to apply as described in advertisement. Didn't seem to be better than any other product I have used and a little pricey considering it doesnt last like it says its supposed to.

Not happy with the product they should have recommended the brush come with it. As well as the products results

The shade I chose, brown, should not say brown in it at all. It applies as black and is very difficult to lighten without using make-up remover. I bought 3 and can't even wear them. My boyfriend says the color isn't natural enough cause I'm a brunette. Also, it took over 3 weeks to get it. Granted the weather hasn't been the best, but shipping small packages like that should take last than 3 weeks.

I ordered the brow and foundation. The brow is fine and works great. I can't get the foundation to come out of the bottle

I received the product wonderbrow in a timely matter, I ordered brown/black and it was a lot lighter than the description. I followed the application process and it looks fake not like the commercial. It was worth a try but I wont be using it again

I put it on clean brows and one face wash later it was gone.

Service was great. Really responsive. Product was ok. It doesn't stay on for as long as advertised. ( maybe 12 hour wear if you are lucky)
