I was very happy with the timely mailing of the product I requested and the ease of ordering. However, the product did not work as well as stated. I used the product at night. The next morning, I began applying my makeup (foundation) and the eyebrow tint came right off. I gave it one more try, but whenever any other cream came in contact with my eyebrows, it just melted away. It's probably a great remedy for those who do not wear makeup or use facial moisturizers. I plan to return the product.

For me, eyebrow makeup needs both pigment AND wax.....to keep the hairs down and towards the right direction. Wunderbrow added pigment that seemed to work but failed at keeping the pointier hairs down in my brows. Revlon's eyebrow sticks do a way better job IMHO

Washes right off with coconut oil or baby soap(both I use) you should include an angled brush because the brush is too large that comes inside the tube. All in all it needs some work but good for everyday use I guess.

Doesn't stay longer than my brow powders. I ordered online and it was easy. Deliver, as promise. I guess I though it would do "wonders" by staying longer than my water proof brow powders but it last the same time and wonder brow take a little more precision to put on.

The darkest color is brown/black. That isn't s perfect match. It seems more like medium brown on my complexion. I have black hair. It also doesn't stay on for days. It washes of every day, but stays on better then a powder or pencil and didn't smudge like a gel. I still have to use a pencil to fill in spots after application. I like the look, but I don't think the product does what's advertised. They also need better tutorial, is not as simple as it looks. By the time you get the hang of it the tube is almost done. The mascara wand is probably not the best tool they could give to assist in applying. Don't know if I'll spend another $22 on a 3 star product.

The product didn't hold up to its advertisements. It was difficult to apply and for someone with sparse eyebrows it didn't work well. I tried layering it to fill the bald areas but after a while applying a new layer would peel off the layer below it. I also didn't like how dusty it made my eyebrows look. The applicator brush was terrible as it was too flimsy and my bristles were all bent coming out of the tube. The product also only lasted about 3-4 hrs before starting to fade and I wasn't sweating or rubbing my face at all. Although I'm not a fan of the product the customer service was good and they do indeed provide a 30 days return policy. I just had to pay for postage to send it back.

The brush in the wunderbrow 2 is not the same as in some of the videos. Harder to make the perfect brow.

will defey give another try to this product but they should tell us what color matches better for our skin they only show the options of brunnete it looks dark but actually is kind of ash color if we can get more sample of what the model is using that also can give us more of an idea how to choose aour color thanks shipping was fast but will choose dark brown for next time
