The Darkest Shade Was Too Light
It was a great product but your darkest shade for wunderbrow was to light. I am of African decent so I'm kind of in the almond brown shade. It seems your product is more suitable for fair skinned women not women like myself so I returned your product. I am willing to buy it again if you were to make darker shades of the product available for women of my kind of brown or darker. It should also come with an angled brush. Angled brushes spread the product better.

Too Complicated
I waited a very long time for this order and when it came, I was disappointed. I didn't realize you had to use two different apparatuses. I found the instructions not to be helpful; I wasn't really sure what they were telling me to do. I have purchased many other on-line lip enhanchers and was expecting this to be easy to use. I have not used both apparatuses as I don't have time for that in my morning routine. I guess I have learned a lesson about buying on-line products. I do have the WunderBrow and I like it very much. but the WunderKiss is not my cup of tea. I might send it back

Wunderbrow
Took a long time for delivery, about 2 weeks. It does not stay for 3 days as it says in the description. Not water resistant, it comes off with shower. It does cover very well and looks awesome for that day!

Hi Betty, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.

Not as easy as shown on Facebook. A little too runny. Not sure I will purchase again.

Decent brows lacking staying power
This works pretty well for my very sparse brows but it's advertised as not fading or rubbing off and that hasn't been my experience.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.

Not suitable for people with an oily complexion
My skin tends to be oily and unfortunately, as a result, this product does not last all day as advertised.

So as a cocoa complexioned point of view, the dark brown to not dark enough for "us". I had to mix a little black mascara with it to make it darker which worked fine but be careful or you'll mess it up! The FB ads with the models putting it on and rubbing it with their finger and it not moving...nah, couldn't get that to happen. I rubbed, it smudged (I do have predominantly oily skin though). Oh, and once you apply, you need to let it sit for a second or too...the directions don't say that. It does stay put longer than eyebrow pencil, I'll give it that. The brush it comes with is useless. You'll need to buy an angle brush to apply like the ads. So in summary...Wunderbrow needs to make some "adjustments" for the "sistas" and needs to change their brush.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience and for being a lovely customer. We recommend using a toner before applying WunderBrow to remove any natural oils for the best possible results. Also, to use the applicator that comes with the product please remove any excess product on the brush with your fingers and apply small amounts to your brows in upward feather like strokes. We have recently released a new darker shade called Jet Black that works best with darker complexions. We hope you like it. Thank you for your feedback.

need to offer a taupe color. product a little to liquidy to paint on, dries quickly but if you get anywhere on your skin under/over brow, can't really get off without starting over.
