The delivery time for my products was over 2 weeks from the date ordered. It apparently was shipped the next day but sent via FedEx, who according to their product tracking, picked up the product then sent it via USPS to their local site near us and then sent it from their USPS again for delivery to my home. Ridiculous! When the product did finally arrive, it came with an applicator brush which was absolutely unworkable and not the same as shown in the ad video. Using my own brushes, I learned to apply the product but found it does not last as long as advertised and washes off daily when I wash my face. It is still a little better than other brow products I have used but I would suggest that if they aren't going to provide a usable applicator then they should put the gel into a container that is easier to dip my own brushes into.

I think the brush is to thick so it doesn't help much to put it on easily with ease.

I like the product, it was great and workable, my brows were beautiful allllll day...,but they wiped right off when I washed my face!

I had a hard time trying to put it on, it is Not waterproof but last a little longer than regular eyebrow pencil, it gives an ashy finished and need to be careful when applying you may end up with spots not completely colored.

I like what it does to existing brows but to use it on skin is not ideal. It dries too fast and gets caky if you're not fast enough (I'm not) It's a good product like I said, if you've got a good existing brow base. I'll use it when I have grown a good set of natural brows

There really needs to be some directions on how to apply this product. I have followed the instructions but it does not come out like it does on the video.

While I thought this would be my miracle brow solution, for me, it was not even semi-permanent as I do use serum and lotions on my face and even though I applied the "wunderbrow" on clean, dry skin, it didn't stay on at all!!! I woke up to find one entirely off and the other, barely there. You really have to be a good artist in order to make your brows look even & look good and so I'm outta luck with this product as I'm a lousy artist!!! I'll be returning this for a refund!!!

I expected to get the pencil looking one, but instead I got liquid type, and I am so new to this eyebrow thing and because it iis NOT easy to get the mistake I make off my brow, it just frustrates me the more. If you know what you are doing, it must be good stuff
