WuffyReviews of wuffy.com

All the promises on the advertisement are lies. Customers are led to believe that the dog responds to a child's voice and touch. They don't. They are pieces of shoddily made plastic and metal covered thinly with cheap material. When I complained, immediately I received the dogs, I was told a refund had been successful. It never arrived. Now, despite what they said earlier, they are saying I cannot have a refund because I am beyond the 30 day period. Everything is a lie and a scam. Avoid this company.

Do not go anywhere near....I tried to order ONE, got billed for THREE. Cancelled immediately, but they STILL took money (which my bank has refunded me). . Ever since then, my email has been hacked (the first time in over 20 years of on- line buying). Companies I have dealt with are getting scam emails purporting to be from me. BT have protected my account, but meanwhile these horrible people are still clearly going on using my email address. I just tell people to ignore/delete the incoming scam emails and HOPE these crooks soon get bored and eventually get their come-uppance . My email was hacked by these unscrupulous characters. Never happened in all the years I've been using the Internet. IT ISN'T A COINCIDENCE! BE SURE TO AVOID.

Don't shop here! It is a scam. The product is not anything like the advertisement. I think they use a computer generated animation to get the robot dog to look like it moves like a real dog. They automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription costing €38 that I didn't ask for. The check out process is very deceptive: once you've approved your payment method they start offering other 'deals', and if you click on it to see what it is they automatically charge you for it. I tried to cancel the order right away but they claimed it had already been shipped. A month later I received the order and wrote to customer service to return it for a refund and they have not responded. I don't know where to return it. They don't give an address. Don't shop here!

Totally agree with the 1 star reviews! Absolute rubbish! I ordered 1 for my granddaughter who has been so upset at losing her dog of 13 years. To try and help her. I ended up paying for 3, absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise! Please avoid at all costs

Wish I could rate zero stars!! I just received this Wuffy Puppy that's supposed to look/act so realistically... but it's not even CLOSE to what's shown in the commercials! It's a cheap toy, without instructions AND included a weird metal disc that's almost the same size as the toy, so I have no idea what it's for. I'm returning this ASAP

I ordered my 3 dec 26th and it is now Jan 20th and still no merchandise 7 to 12 days they say ha and I can't wait to see the garbage that I have heard so much about. I've also noticed how this company keeps changing its name to continue to sell garbage
