The website is ridiculous to navigate. There were items in my cart that I could not remove and my total was over $400 and all I wanted was 3of the jars of the hip and joint pills. Customer service tried to be helpful but nothing worked and now I can’t place any order because that $400 is still in my cart.

Dragon used the product for a short time before he died of age. I want to believe the product helped him on his last day to have better quality of life, but what makes Wuffes different to me is the people in the company. I had a great experience with the team, and they were always following up and very understanding when I notified them of Dragon passing.
Response from WuffesDec 3, 2025

Your kind words about our people and service mean the world to us. 🐾 With gratitude, Naida at Wuffes Customer Service.

Service representative was very understanding about my issue. My dog loved the treats, but has now crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I thought it might be a bit of a time consuming process to stop my order, but it wasn’t!

Wuffles does not easily cancel a subscription. Although I cancelled the joint supplement via the chat options, I was charged and sent another one the next month. The company would not refund, but provided a 30% off another product. No, thanks! My older dog loved these for a month, with marked improvement, but suddenly, she would not eat them. In fact, when I tried to smuggle them in her favs, she smelled and walked away. Bummer. Since the company does not take "cancel my subscription" easily, I now have a distaste in my mouth for Wuffes. Careful, 90 day guarantee IF your dog eats them for 90 days.

Hi Rhonda, Thank you for sharing this I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. That’s never the experience we want for you. I went ahead and checked on this, and it sounds like your subscription didn’t fully process the cancellation before the next billing cycle. We can absolutely fix that. If you email us at [email protected] , we’ll review the order immediately and make this right for you. As for your pup suddenly refusing the chews that can happen sometimes as dogs age or when their preferences shift. We have a few easy tricks that usually help, and we’re happy to walk you through them or offer alternatives. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly want to help make this a better experience for you. – Naida at Wuffes Customer Service

These chews have given my 130# German Shepherd new life in his 10 year old knee joints. He was unable to get up and walk on his own. We tried a wheel harness that was difficult to use and the harness cut into his skin. Desperate for something different we tried Wuffes, and after 4 chews, he was standing on his own. After a few days he began walking short distances and able to crouch to relieve himself on his own. He now can wander the yard for a few minutes, and get up and down with just a slight struggle. He wants to run, he just can't anymore. But at least he can walk again thanks to wuffes. We have been using them for several months and notice a clear difference when he doesn't have them.

Hi Mike, Thank you so much for sharing this we’re genuinely thrilled to hear your boy is getting around more comfortably again. Helping big seniors stay mobile is one of our biggest goals, so knowing he’s standing, walking, and enjoying his yard again means everything. If you ever need dosage guidance or help keeping him on track, we’re always here. Give your strong guy a gentle hug from us. Naida at Wuffes Customer Service.

I messaged to cancel this auto subscription as soon as I got the reminder. My dog has a compressed disk and these supplements she wouldn't even take anyway when I tried giving them to her. I emailed immediately when the "auto ship" reminder came. They chose to process the order - and even though it has NOT shipped, are unwilling to stop the order and credit me the $53.44. Unethical business practices. Leave your review on Instagram also. Companies like this won’t stop these practices until it affects their bottom line.
Response from WuffesDec 2, 2025
Hi LuRae, Thank you for your honest feedback and I’m truly sorry for how upsetting this experience has been. I can understand how frustrating it must feel to request a cancellation and still see a charge come through, especially during a stressful time when your pup isn’t able to take the chews at all. Even if an order is processing, we never want you to feel unheard or unsupported. If you send us an email to [email protected], we can absolutely review your account again and see what we can do to help. Your situation and your trust matter to us, and we want the chance to make this right. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. – Naida at Wuffes Customer Service.
