The commercial really got me! And I see the difference. My little girl really struggled getting on and off the couch. And we could not pick her with her yelping in pain. But she's back to jumping in our arms.

My 14 year old Lab has been taking 4 Wuffes/day for over two years. He has arthritis in his back and hips and I find the Wuffes make a huge difference in his mobility. I have a 10 year old Cattle dog mix. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is my best friend. This has been the most aggravating and time wasting experience. I emailed and cancelled, to no response. Then I emailed AGAIN, AFTER I locked my CC so that this company would stop getting my money. My dogs didn't like it, it was not for us, should be simple. IT ISN'T. HOW DO YOU NOT FOLLOW THROUGH? I just had to email them again after I received an email stating that they ensured my subscription was cancelled on 8/12/23 and guess what? My husband just got ANOTHER email saying our subscription is on it's way today 8/18/23. Are you kidding me Wuffes? What the actual hell? This has been the biggest scam and waste of product. I want my refund and honestly if this continues, I'm taking legal action. After seeing the number of people who have been treated this poorly as well and having this many issues I would be willing to bet there could be lawsuit in here. All they had to do was cancel my damn subscription and give me my money back (and you all who didn't get it as well). Unless your reply on here is that you have refunded the last two shipments you sent and ACTUALLY cancelled my subscription, then don't respond with some passive aggressive bs like you have the others.
