Hi Deaven, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry that our brand did not meet up to your expectations. However, I would like to clarify we do have a 90 day money back warranty. When you visit our website you will find that as long that you use our products for 90 days, (which is the average amount of time it takes for our supplements to show their full effects) we will give you your money back, no questions asked. In your case, your first order was placed on August 12, 2023. Meaning that you have not used our products for 90 days, for that reason our customer service team was not able to issue a full refund. I hope this solves any questions you may have.

Hi Steven, thank you for sharing your feedback. As our customer service team mentioned, we do have a 90 day warranty in place. It is specified in our website that in order to qualify you must use the product for at least 90 days. That way we can ensure we've done everything to help your pup. As similar to humans, supplements can take some time to show their full effect. The way our warranty works is if after 90 days of daily use, you do not see the desired results, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked. I hope this clears everything up. Have a great day!
