You get 5 stars. The product works wonderfully but I had a lot of difficulty giving it to my very smart dog because he doesn’t like the taste. I tried everything and I said to myself I have a lot of product and I’m going to get more with my auto shipment so I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription but I was offered a wonderful alternative. The liquid joint and I will try it. This company is compassionate and understanding.

My Beagles do so well with the hip and joint supplement. That I've now ordered there vitamin thru Waffles.

I've had a great overall experience with Wuffes. I have a senior rescue, he's about 12.5 year young and unfortunately has had a lot of issues. He's had one knee replacement, a hip surgery and now his other knee is torn. My poor sweet boy! I have him on Wuffes hip & joint supplement, and their probiotic and multivitamin supplements. He still loves to go for car rides and going to the park! I use the subscribe and save option, every little penny counts these days!

Their hip and joint chews have worked wonders on my older dogs mobility. However, the thing that has made me a life long customer goes beyond the product. My dog recently passed at the age of 11. I had him since he was a puppy. I was pretty emotional and posted on a Wuffes forum about the loss of my best friend. About a week later I received a mysterious package in the mail. It was a beautiful candle that says "In loving memory of the fur baby that left a paw print on your heart". Such a simple but awesome gesture. Someone at this company took time to read my post and send this little gift in memory of my beloved dog. I thanked them through a separate post and the company president personally replied. That's a level of service and caring that goes above and beyond. This is a company that truly cares about animals and the people who love them. I'm a customer for life.

My dog, Zeus, has cancer, and I had to stop giving him supplements until his surgery and recovery is completed due to the location of his tumor. Canceling my subscription was beyond easy. I received notice that a new shipment was incoming (as I had forgotten to cancel previously, likely due to my stress over Zeus' condition), and emailed right away with my circumstance and asking what I could do to cancel my subscription. I received three new emails in quick succession: The first being the cancelation and refund of the next shipment, then the full cancelation of my subscription, and, finally, the sweetest and most heartfelt email from Cristina relaying to me her condolences over my dog's condition, wishing me the best. THIS is a company that truly cares about your dog's wellbeing. I was in tears reading her response. Truly a lovely human being, and a lovely company. Should my dog's surgery prove to be successful, I will be back to Wuffes. Cristina has solidified my love for this company and its products. Bravo, Wuffes.

We are on the 5th jar of the advanced hip and joint chews and I have noticed my boy moving around and jumping so much better. He is 14 and had been having trouble jumping on the bed. He refuses to use the dog stairs I got. These have been so much help, thank you so much 😊
