My 14 year old Ridgeback has Canine Cognitive Disorder and arthritis in her hips. She uses two Wuffes products, the Hip and Joint Support and the CBD. She’s quite a feisty, old girl, and I’m grateful to have these products to give her more quality of life. Customer support is amazing, even when the mistakes on my order are mine.

My dog passed away a few weeks ago and I forgot to cancel my subscription for your product and the automatic submission came due and triggered a sending for your product. I informed you staff of the oversight on my part and told your team that I would be sending your product back unopened and to please cancel this subscription and issue me a refund. Veronica was cordial and apologetic on my dogs passing and said she would take care to ensure that this would be taken care of. My thanks are truly given at the care she showed me. She is a gem.

The order process was very easy. I’ve never tried Wuffes before, so I am very much looking forward to seeing how it helps my older dog. He has trouble getting up and down, drags his back feet. His chiropractor believes it all stems from arthritis. I’ve read the other reviews and am praying our pup is feeling better soon.

My picky Peanut wouldn't eat the joint chews....but their customer service worked with me to get him what would work. You don't see customer service like this very much anymore. I was worried to try this product to begin with but knowing my experience now I should have tried sooner! And they have never met my Peanut but I think they love him ❤️
