I placed an order for the product but didn't get a chance to use it because my Maltese kidneys unexpectedly started shutting down very quickly. Within 3 weeks we had to make the hardest choice of putting her to sleep to end her suffering. I contacted customer support. My interaction was with Aldahir, who not only gave me condolence but quickly took care of the matter to cancel my membership and get a refund. Although I didn't get the chance to use it. I had heard from so many people that this product helped their dogs tremendously. I will keep this product in mind in case I need the product in the future.
