This company has excellent marketing which I naively fell for. I think by now I've learned to no longer fall for the products with all the positive reviews blasted all over social media, like Wuffes chews. I bought it knowing there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee as posted on their website. I have a 68 lb dog and the tub of chews I ordered stated the dosage was one supplement per day. I didn't notice any improvement. Ironically, I had to take my dog to the vet as an emergency while taking the supplement because the couldn't lift his head or sit and had a hard time walking. This was the VERY first time I'd seen him in this condition and I was pretty scared. I don't think the two were related but it is ironic. Then I did some research and found a study supporting the use of green lipped mussels for dog osteoarthritis. You can find by googling: Effect of a diet enriched with green-lipped mussel on pain behavior and functioning in dogs with clinical osteoarthritis. The conclusion of said study was that a dog at my dog's weight would need 1200 mg of green lipped mussel to show any benefit and the Wuffes has only 200 mg. After doing the math, I would need to give my dog six of the chews daily, in order to meet that requirement. This means that each container equals 5 days worth of supplement. So for one month, I would need to spend $270!! I contacted customer service and was told the best they could do is provide a 50% refund which to me is false advertising. That doesn't make it right to me per their satisfaction guarantee. I think the whole thing is misleading and the company didn't follow through on their promises. I found two other products, both around the same price but actually getting either a 30 or 60 day supply of green lipped mussel at the required dosage. Shame on you, Wuffes.

I saw an incredible difference in my 12 year old border collie! from the 'Maybe it's time' talk (because she was having trouble getting up from spinal stenosis) to WOW, she's doing great! BTW- she just turned 13! Thank you Wuffes!!

I have been giving my senior dog Wuffes for a couple of years now and am very satisfied with the results. But out of the blue, I get hit with a bill for over $200 for a subscription of vitamin supplements X6 every 3 months! The transaction took place at 2am which is very suspicious. I contacted customer service and Aldahir very promptly cancelled the transaction and gave me a refund.

I messed up my order by trying to change the date and ended up with multiple orders and subscriptions. Wuffes customer service was great with helping me to straighten out the mess quickly and patiently. I appreciate the fast responses!

My 13 year old miniature Schnauzer, Addy, has started showing some signs of arthritis whenever she gets up from laying down after a good sleep. She's stiff and hobbles around a couple minutes till the kinks get worked out. Nothing too major, but as a 58 year old woman with arthritis myself, I know exactly how my poor old girl feels! I know that my supplements help me, so I wanted to find something that would help her too. I looked over the multitude of options and decided to try Wuffes. We got the hip and joint chews and the multi vitamins to start. First of all, she loves the taste and looks forward to her nightly treats after her dinner. I did not double up on the joint chews as suggested to start. I just wanted to see if they would help at all taking as advertised. It's only been two weeks for us, but my Addy isn't hobbling as bad upon waking as she was! She gives a big stretch and has a slight limp for a step or two, but it's definitely improving! So, we will definitely continue with our dosing for the rest of the current supply and will probably continue with the subscription and add in the multi vitamins as well. I am very happy to see results so quickly and also quite impressed. Thank you Wuffes for helping my baby feel, and get around better!

First off, I love Wuffles, and what it has done to improve my woofers day to day life! It's as if I have a new puppy running, and playing! Always wagging their tails again! It's amazing to say the least! Recently, we have moved out of state, and in the mist of all that goes with moving, the wires got crossed, and my monthly order went to our old address(where none of our mail has been forwarded) and when I reached out to Wuffles, they simply asked if I wanted a refund, or my order reshipped. Naturally I wanted the product that has made my dogs so much happier, and pain-free again! The product speaks for itself, but to add on fantastic customer service to the mix will make me a life long customer! Thank you Wuffles! ❤️
