The quick response. The thoughtful concern about what happened to my order. The product is helping my 13-year-old dog. He has so much more energy. As long as I can afford, I will continue to use this product. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks

This company is honest and they make very effective products. My dog is doing a lot better with his arthritis now that he’s been on Wuffes.

I love Wuffles and the quality of life it gives my 14 yr old Confetti. I live in a apartment building that just love him. I'm going to try some of the calming supplement. He gets overly excited every time the elevator door opens & closes. Normally, it wouldn't bother him as much... but, there's Mini hot poodle that moved in down the hall. I'm afraid he's going to give himself a heart attack.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful story about Confetti! It truly makes us happy to hear that Wuffes has helped improve his quality of life at 14 years old. He sounds like such a beloved pup in your apartment building! It’s great that you’re considering the calming supplement as well. Some pups can get extra excited with new neighbors and all the activity around elevators, so we hope it helps Confetti stay a little more relaxed while still being his happy self. Please give Confetti some extra love from all of us, and thank you for trusting Wuffes to be part of his journey. 💚 Wuffes

Customer service at Wuffes is exceptional! I reached out for help because I have 2 subscriptions that come at different times of the month and I wanted to see if they could be shipped together. The CSR was very helpful and told me he would be able to take care of everything. My subscriptions were merged and I was given a discount on my next 3 orders! Thanks Wuffes!

I am hopeful the Wuffes will start really working in the next few weeks. My dog has been on them for almost 20 days, and since he weighs 107 lbs., he’s been eating three chews a day. I am aware that patience is a virtue, and it may take 90 days to see any real improvement, so at this point my only concern is the size of the chews seems to be a bit inconsistent. I just want to be certain he’s getting the maximum dose possible, but given the variation in chew size, I don’t know how to be sure of that.
Response from WuffesMar 6, 2026
Hi Andrew, thank you so much for sharing your experience! 🐾💚 We completely understand how important it is to feel confident your pup is getting the right dose. Our chews are designed to support joint health over time, and for larger dogs like yours, it can take up to 90 days to notice the full benefits. We truly appreciate your patience and dedication your pup is lucky to have such a caring companion! Regarding chew size, we aim for consistency, but slight variations can happen. Please know your dog is still receiving the support intended, and if you ever want guidance on ensuring the best dosing, we’re always happy to help. – Wuffes💚
