I was having issues with getting logged into the site and then with changing an order to accommodate multiple dogs, so I finally emailed for help - Veronica was able to fix the order issue right away for me. It was very helpful.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Our elder mini dachsund has had spine issues for awhile. The last time our vet recommended we might want to do surgery. We couldn't afford it and at her age was not too excited to put her through it. I did my research and felt this product might meet her needs. She has been on it for 30 days and it has been a miracle. She has been on crate rest for months and now she gets up and is acting like her old self.

I needed to skip my next shipment. I emailed them and they responded quickly. They were very willing to work with me.

My dog loves these! They seem to be helping with his ability to still do circles with excitement.

My experience was two fold. I received an email that I had an autoshipmemt being processed. When I looked into it, it was 2 separate autoshipments for the same product. I emailed customer service right away to cancel one of the orders. I then called customer service, which was completely unhelpful. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to refuse the package or return to sender. I left the conversation extremely frustrated. Later, I received a response to my email saying it was too late to cancel, but that the company could provide me with a discount for the shipment. Veronica was the customer service representative who was helping me vis email and honestly it was because of her that I will keep my shipment. She was personal, responded quickly, and worked to help me resolve my issue.

Our 8 year old Pomeranian wasn't showing alot of negative signs healthwise but sometimes it seemed like she was starting to struggle some in different ways & I had noticed her eyes were looking like they were aging (is what I thought). I started giving her the Wuffes and in at least 2 wks she seemed more energetic then I noticed her eyes were brighter again. What I thought was aging eyes now I feel was possibly showing she was in pain in her body. I was surprised as I really didn't think she was really really feeling badly, I was only trying to be proactive for her to have the best health possible. I hope that the quality of this product doesn't decline & prices increase as some companies do so that we can continue using them for both our Pom's.
