Beware of this company. Wuffes will NEVER let you leave. They set you up on a subscription and are difficult - even saying you didn't cancel - and charge your credit card without a call, text, email.... nothing to alert you. I contacted Wuffes immediately when I was notified by my bank and Wuffes REFUSED to cancel, even though they had NOT SHIPPED. Then they have refused to accept their product back, even though the box shipped is UNopened. I'm out $158. Your in for life if you use this company. BEWARE. Order 38647884. I ripped them on Facebook. Sent this same review to many potential customers on Facebook. Reported them to my bank, who pressured the heck out if them. Yeah, 24 hrs later and they are ready to make an 'exception ' to refund me. Haven't received it yet..... As of May 1st, even tho Wuffes claims to have refunded me.... NO REFUND RECEIVED.

The product is great but the customer service is very speedy and helpful, best Ive had with any company! Aldahir Was an excellent help!

My 8 year old dog was having hip issues. We tried the product, I was willing to give it a thorough test run. We were on our second delivery of chewies. My vet relayed that there was no research saying that glucosamine would have a positive impact on her joints. I also noticed no difference in my dogs joints. I requested a refund and was told that I could not return the two unopened chewable containers because I had taken them out of the box they were delivered in. I asked about the 90 day refund and was told that I hadn’t completed the full 90 days and therefore could not get a refund. Currently waiting for another response. Frustrated that I wasn’t immediately met with “of course we can refund you.” Post response: I am happy to wait the 90 days to request a refund.

My 6 year old dog loves wuffes. He thinks it’s a treat! I love it too, I love seeing him race and zoom around the park without injury, and he’s very very fast and mobile I really feel like this is maintaining his agility and strength!

My credit card was hacked and when my new CC came in I immediately went to the site that handles Wuffes orders. Somehow there was a miscommunication and Wuffes kept asking for my new CC info. I told them I added the new card 3 times and they finally agreed it was done and scheduled the order and for my troubles provided a little money toward my order. It was quick follow up, especially for a Saturday.

Really love this product and my dog is obsessed! Sadly, I had to cancel my subscription but I have to say the customer service is amazing!!! Aldahir worked with me and was so professional and helpful! I'll be back, when possible, to renew my subscription.

Great Product for my fur baby Tank. He has seizures with hip issues. These Wuffes work so good with his hips and joints. He is an older senior dog and he acts like a puppy at times. Great Product and every dog should be on these.

This product is one of the only joint/mobility products that has made a noticeable difference for my dog. When given regularly, it has greatly reduced the leg shaking and has noticeably improved her comfort and mobility. I noticed a difference within a couple of weeks. I’m sticking with Wuffes because the quality shows and the difference is apparent, unlike other supplements. They also have demonstrated excellent customer service. Quick responses, friendly and helpful customer service, and quick to resolve any issues. Happy to support good companies. Thank you, Wuffes!!
