Subscription Scam
I made an initial order of one container of Wuffes. I intentionally did NOT subscribe to their monthly service, waiting to see the results after the first container. In two weeks, I was billed for another $41, telling me another shipment is being prepared. I immediately responded that I did NOT order any more, demanding an immediate refund to my credit card. I was told it was too late; that the shipment went out.

Hi there! We are so sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience. We do inform customers that when placing the initial order via a social media post that the product is to be shipped every certain time. Don't worry, the subscription has been canceled. You can still receive the full refund of the order, all we ask is to please refuse or return the order back to sender. As soon as the order is headed back to us, we will go ahead and issue a refund. Just give us a call as soon as possible!
