WuffesReviews of wuffes.com

Wonderful company! They have wonderful products that helped my dogs with her joints and mobility, (plus she LOVES the chews), she also LOVES the Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil. The customer service is amazing. Mariana helped me with my subscription order and helped me with the dosage for all my pets! Thank you!!!!

Aldahir from the Wuffes service team helped me clarify an overcharged amount on my first Wuffes order for my dog. I am so grateful for their prompt service and response. Thank you so much for the kind and courteous help and support. Oski thanks the Wuffes team and looks forward to his very first order!

Signed up with a deal to try it out - money back guarantee, all that stuff. Was no better than what I was already using so I was going to cancel. Without notification, they billed me twice my original price and shipped the next package. I emailed them within hours of getting the billing/shipping notification, they said - too late, can't stop it. They said I should refuse delivery - you can't do that with FedEx... well, turns out it was last mile by USPS. So they said, take it to USPS and refuse delivery. So I did - well, there is no 'tracking number' to provide Wuffes, so guess what - no product - and out $100. They refuse to acknowledge they received the returned product PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. I've done business with online shops for 24 years and never have I seen such deceitful practices in shipping. They couldn't be bothered to do an RMA and pre-paid shipping label like the rest of the planet. Either way, the product is no better than standard glucosamine for half the price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam business. Update: So now I get only half of what I paid and NO product because I did exactly what I was told to do. "Refusing delivery" ONLY hurts the customer. Don't trust any company that relies on this as your return policy. Of course you have wait 90 days - because then you're out $250 and no recourse. Good marking plan! If you're a criminal. If I can prevent others from doing business with you - then my other half is worth it. Glad I can sleep at night knowing I don't scam my customers.

Wuffes has been amazing for all 3 of my dogs- especially my two-legged one. When we were going through a rough patch financially, the Wuffes Customer Service Team helped make a plan that was just right for us. Jania and Saul were very quick to reply to my questions & emails and were very helpful and efficient. Thank you Wuffes Team!

I sent an email and Saul replied and took care of my issue above and beyond… Very happy with Saul!

I am very happy with Wuffes especially Customer service. A carrier (is called Better Trucks) never delivered my box and marked as “delivered”. I had contacted them several emails and waited for days, but they never responded. Their phone also never reach to real person. I sent message to Wuffes and explained my situation, Wuffes’s policy doesn’t apply to my situation since my box is supposed to be “delivered”, but they totally understood and sent me a replacement! What a great company!!! My 12 years old dog is taking wuffes for about 6 months and doing better! She had an emergency surgery few months ago, and I was not able to take her walk for weeks. But I think Wuffes kept her in good mobility condition and we all are so happy! Thank you so much!

The product arrived after my dog died. I requested a return/refund with no response. Left a very polite message on their facebook page asking for an email back, they deleted it and blocked me.

Great customer support Great product , my dog loves it , she’s 15 and Wuffes is helping her get back walking relieving her pain . Thank you !!!
