Although I'm very satisfied with the Wuffles product I've bought several times, I needed to temporarily cancel my auto-renew or auto-payment arrangement while I make some banking account changes. Saul was extremely helpful in quickly (even over a weekend) handling this and even offering me a partial refund on a product already shipped (which I declined since I really like the product). I'll definitely be a customer again soon, and recommend Saul for a raise!

They have horrible customer service. They advertise a 90 Day money back guarantee but do NOT stand by it. The shipping takes a long time.
