I ordered this product several times on Amazon at a much lower price . Then they send me a double order at a higher price than my Amazon purchase. I was told I couldn’t stop it because it was already on its way. So I email them and they said send it back. When I got it I asked for where to send it back and they said you can’t send it back. But we can give you a 30 percent discount for future purchases. I said I don’t want that. It made my dog sick and gave him a UTI. Why would I want more. After a lot of back and fourth they said your stuck with it and we aren’t giving you a rebate. After my third purchase I said what about your 90 day guarantee ? Crickets. By wary people of what you buy on Amazon and the internet. After reading other comments it seems that this is the usual for them. Unauthorized charges on your account and you’re stuck with it. No refunds. Even when it’s there fault. They just want to give you 40 percent back after they falsely charge for the full amount. If I stole 10 things from your house without permission and I only offered to give 3 back. How is it my problem. You are the thief. Update : Reached out to customer service as I was advised to and received the same response. Was told they can’t take it back because of freshness. And they offered me a 40 percent refund. How can you give a 40 percent refund when you charged 100 percent of an unauthorized sale ??? Also be warned about any product being shipped from Florida. It’s usually coming from china. Update : Finally received full refund.

My senior labrador has been taking Wuffes faithfully for well over a year. When we started Wuffes he had a very pronounced limp in his front legs. He still has a little bit of a limp but it is much better. He can still get up and down by himself and wants to run and play for short spurts. They are also a great company. They are quick to answer any questions and always do their best to help their customers.

Great product. My 8 year old dog Emma has greatly improved. She is getting around a lot better.

Important warning for buyers! Beware that buying this product may result in your senior dog jumping around the house like a puppy, tackling stairs like a boss, and engaging in play again. ;) I was seriously skeptical when I read all the positive reviews, but we saw a HUGE improvement. Our chocolate lab is 13 years old, and this was, by far, the best decision we could make for him. We doubled the dose for month one and he's nearing the end of month two. Noticable difference within 3-4 weeks and he's continuing to do amazing. The customer service has also been exceptional. Thank you, Wuffes!

Bravo Wuffes! I have been using Wuffes for my 18 year old chihuahua rescue for about a year. The results have been very impressive. This time, when I went to order I screwed up. I thought I would be stuck with what I had ordered but when I reached out to Wuffes about it, they corrected the issue promptly and gracefully. In this day and age, good customer service is a treasure. When a company has both good customer service and an excellent product, I feel like I have won the lottery. Bravo guys!

When I emailed a question to customer service they replied very quickly and was glad to answer my question, which I thought might be crazy. The rep was glad to reply and said they were glad that I asked that question. So far we can see improvement in using Allergy/Itch Chews
