Refund policy

I ordered this product to test for my senior dog. I didn't realize that they automatically went into a subscription. Unfortunately my dogbreacted poorly to these she kept getting diarrhea and vomiting. Then I saw they were sending another one. I wrote to them right way told them to send but they still did. I asked for a refund but this what they wrote and they only gave me a 40% refund. I just want people to know what the refund policy truly is. This is the refund policy they sent me. I could give this my dog and keep getting her sick. I dont thonk so.This when they said they would give me 40% back. I think they should have refunded the full amount. This what they sent me: The 90-day warranty is a satisfaction warranty. This means that the warranty is used to ensure we try everything with your pup to get the best results. That is why all we ask from you is that you use the product consistently for 90 days, if there are no results we will do everything in our power to make it right.

I was amazed that after 1 week
I was amazed that after 1 week, my 15 year old Aussie went from laying around and getting up only to eat and potty, to getting into the waist paper basket and coming to me and getting extra loves. I can't wait to see how he improves in the next month!

My little chihuahua Lola had fallen off…
My little chihuahua Lola had fallen off the back of the sofa when she was a puppy, she quickly learned it was not a good idea to climb up there because she fell off and dislocated her left hip. Thank God the Vet was able to take goid care of her and she's been a terror on four feet for the last 8 years, but she started getting slower at jumping off of furniture and jumping back up. I bought her the Wuffes and followed the directions of 2 a day for the first month and now three months into taking eating them she is more mobile, running and jumping and terrorizing the squirrels again. I very thankful this wasn't another scam. Thank you whoever you are, that developed a formula that actually works for our furry family members.

Thank you so much for sharing Lola's story! We are thrilled to hear that she’s back to her energetic self, running, jumping, and keeping those squirrels on their toes! It's wonderful to know that our product has made a difference in her mobility and quality of life. We truly appreciate your trust in us and are so glad that Lola is thriving again. Wishing her many more years of happy, healthy adventures!

I have been searching for a comfort treat! And we found it❣️
I have been searching for a comfort treat for Lucy. I met Lucy when I started taking care of my brother, she is his dog, and witnessed her struggles of rising up off the floor, loosing her balance on stairs just to go outside to relieve herself, and her discomfiture of just trying to get comfortable to sleep. I have witnessed Lucy's transformation! Lucy is such a sweet lady and it is so good to see her relax, sleep, rise, go outside and come back to me without a fear she is going to fall down the stairs (4). Thanks for having this fantastic sale. Lucy says 'wuff u fairy lot'. ❣️
