Company is a bait and switch instant subscription company
The product seems OK, although I did not particularly notice an improvement in my senior doggie's symptoms and joint issues. HOWEVER, the company itself are giant crooks! They (unbeknownst to me) foprced me into a subscription (I had very specifcally been trying to do a one-time purchase) and then they never even let me know I was subscribed!!! And THEN I heard zero from them until they sent me a NEW order under my (unknown) subscription without even any advance notice or option to cancel or reschedule that order. I didn't have any idea anything was coming until tey 'confirmed my order' (that I hadn't even known was pending) and immediately shipped out the product. I would steer very clear of these guys and their bait and switch tactics.
