Every time I have reached out the customer service team they respond so fast it's almost unbelievable. I even had a question once on New Years Eve and got a response right away. Not only that but the actual product itself is even more amazing. Our 7 year old boxer Penny acts like a puppy and we would never want to be without Wuffes. It has truly changed our lives from Penny barely being able to walk after laying down to now jumping into the truck on her own. I can't say enough good things about this product. If you are debating stop and immediately place an order! Shelby

I recently purchased the advanced hip and joint support and so happy I did! My 10 year old physically fit golden recently started limping with issues in front shoulder. She’s an active senior and this was very sad to see in my dog. I searched 4 other companies and listed ingredients, studies, read reviews. I don’t write reviews and am highly skeptical of most products, but am sincerely so happy I purchased wuffes! I doubled her dose as suggested and after 1 month she is back to herself! Running and playing in deep snow, jumping on/ off bed and couch, and more. I am very happy and thank you for an honest product.

Everything about this company and their customer service reps is above excellent!! First, the product has significantly helped my 13 year old American Pitbull, he was losing muscle strength in his hind legs and he is so much better since taking this product. He runs like a 5 year old dog and when he stands his legs don't start to give out as much as they used to. I am over the moon with his improvement! The customer service in this company is the best that I have ever dealt with. I had stopped the subscription because it seemed like it went up in price since the first purchase. Then when I checked it a few weeks later it was even cheaper than Amazon so I continued my subscription. I had a question about the amounts of mg in each tablet and talked to someone and he was so helpful on the chat. Then I get an email telling me to come back and I would receive an additional discount on top of the lower cost. I emailed back and said that I already re-enrolled and they issued me a refund of $20.25!!! I will forever use this product on my dog Jack or any other one who has severe joint or muscle problems!! So happy!!!

Do NOT order from this company!!! They lie and scam. I did a 1 time order and somehow they took money from my account and are saying I have a subscription that I never signed up for, nor any email saying I have a subscription... Now they want to play games saying they can't refund or cancel this "subscription" I never purchased. They say their operating hours are 8am to 11pm but when you call they claim there is never anyone available.... I finally got a all back and the representative wanted to talk to me like I was stupid. After a very frustrating phone call, she said she would cancel the subscription (but again - I never bought a subscription, only a 1 time purchase) and that I had to send back the package once I received it to get a refund. Then they turned around and emailed me, saying they wouldn't cancel the subscription that it already sent - mind you, there have been zero notifications or emails about a subscription plan or package being sent that they are claiming) and that they would only refund 20% ... This must be how they scam people. They took $50 from my account without authorization. I will be making this public as well as reporting to the BBB!!! DO NOT BUY... BUYERS BEWARE Note: They have A LOT of fake accounts making fake reviews, so be aware... The company does NOT respond immediately and is NOT easy to get into touch with, so that alone is a lie. And it's funny how the reviews give names of the alleged representatives that "helped" them when mine wouldn't give a name .. odd, don't you think? They are still refusing to refund me and completely ignoring the fact that they falsely tied me into a subscription... Waiting to get a tracking number for this package they allegedly sent out without giving any type of notification. If you look closely at the positive reviews, you can see similarities and the fact that it says the newest review is what counts and they quickly posted a positive review to try and override mine...

Great company and great product.

Good product and great customer service. A little too pricey for me, but comparable to others marketing similar products.
