We love Wuffes! Our 10 year old lab, Jaxx, started having hip issues and a friend suggested Wuffes and we will never stop using Wuffes! He has more energy, moves better and love them. He loves them so much he will wait patiently for his morning Wuffes daily!

Naida Andrade did a wonderful job taking care of my cost concerns and sending me a guide to dogs' joint care. Very friendly and courteous.

My 13 yr old Chihuahua could hardly walk. Every time he walked into the kitchen he would fall. He couldn't jump on the furniture or go up and down stairs. I was very worried we would lose him. After the first month on Wuffes he was a little better Now after 4 months he's going up stairs and isn't falling any more. I am very happy with the results.

My dog has tried the joint product and he likes the taste. I give it to him with the omega 3 drops. The products seem to be helping him with his leg issues.

My fur baby passed away in January and I have not canceled the auto shipment I had scheduled for March. I I wrote to the helpline and explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. No matter the situation, if you neglect to handle your financial business, the ultimate result is your responsibility. Lennyn wrote back immediately, expressed her condolences and immediately refunded my purchase. That was surprising. But, that wasn’t the best part of this exchange. See, I was ready to accept the consequences. I understand business. I know it was my responsibility to cancel my autopay. Had the response been - sorry, but you set this up - I’d have lived with it and donated the product to the shelter. That wasn’t the response. The response was a full paragraph expressing condolences and assuring me of a refund that happened immediately. And, as wonderful as it is to get a no-hassle refund, it was the condolences, the support, the compassion with which this transaction was handled that impressed and comforted me the most.
