A legal and regulated online poker site…
A legal and regulated online poker site that should be setting the standard for getting online poker legalized and regulated in the states but is an absolute joke. Their support is awful, their software is awful, and their geolocation software is awful. I created an account 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to play a single hand. When I log in, I get an error that says they cannot verify my location despite the fact that I am connected to wi-fi and have location turned on. I contacted support about this every day for the last 3 weeks and every single time I am told that they will escelate this and that someone will contact me back within 48 hours. Nobody ever does and I am no closer to being able to play than when I just downloaded it. Their support also love to disconnect the chat instead of helping when they see it is you again asking for assistance to get their geolocation software to work. I have also filed complaints against them with the Nevada Gaming Commission and their response was that they are a private company and can do whatever they want. The whole legal and regulated thing is a scam because they can do whatever they want and nobody is telling them what to do. Even if you are physically located in the four states that allow you to play you might not be able to play because their support is useless and their software sucks.
