My wife subscribed to WSJ to meet requirements for a college class. You would think canceling the subscription at the end of the semester would require logging into your account and canceling your subscription, but WSJ doesn't have an unsubscribe option on their website. So we emailed support and asked to be unsubscribed. Support took a day to reply and wasted both of our time by providing a phone number we can call to request an unsubscribe. What a waste of time and energy. I will be sure to never give WSJ another penny and will encourage everyone I meet for the remainder of my life to do the same. What a terrible organization!

If I can give it -100 stars I would, I subscribed for 1£ for a month or 3 I dont remember, later on they charged me so I called to cancel my subscription when they told me that if I am a student they will charge me 6£ instead of 30 so I agreed to do so for a refund of the difference, next thing I know is I didn't get the difference and I was charged 30£ again next month and when I called again asking for my refund they refused and said there is nothing they will do about it even if its their mistake... total joke

Complete subscription scam where you sign up for $1, forget and then they've been charging me ever since. Verging on illegal. Please return my money I never use your site!

Subscribtion scam. I would like to warn everybody to give your credit card details to WSJ as they will abuse it and make all kinds of excuses not to cancel your subscription.

The Wall Street Journal 50% sales and $1 for 3 months offer: WSJ trapped me in one of their offers and at the end I found out that they charged me the full amount without my consent. Customer services was really horrible and a big NO for refunds. I will never suggest its FAKE offers to anyone. Keep avoid WSJ.

Worst customer services ever! The rep named James made improper comments during the call. He was trying to sell the subscription no matter what. When I asked him to transfer to customer service survey, he hanged out on me. I called on Aug 14, 2017, at 12:25 pm ET
