Same as everyone here. Their online subscription is a scam. You cannot cancel online. In this day and age, they should be ashamed for scamming people this way. Either they are trying to get you to stay on because you are too busy to call, or they want to manipulate you to stay when you do call. Utterly ridiculous practice and customer service which just keeps sending an automated response. I don't think they really care, which makes it worse. What about the people who are sick and cannot speak? What about someone who is deaf? Nope, they don't care.

Terrible customer service in today's day and age. You cannot cancel a subscription online. You have to do it by phone during business hours. If you try outside of business hours, it won't recognize your input account number when you try to input. I would give negative stars if I could.

They say I can cancel membership at anytime but as of today (Apr 27th 2020) I have to call them to cancel it. They provided two numbers - one of the lines was busy and the other takes forever to get reached to a real person and so annoying. They intentionally does NOT allow cancellation of membership online. I finally got connected to a real person and she says I canNOT cancel my membership because it takes 24 hours to 7 business days for my account to be in the system...what a joke? why did they say I can "cancel anytime" on the signup page then?

So no refunds once account has been subscribed for 38.99 dollars a month (even day of pending charge) after your lovely student free trial, WHAM THEY GOT YOU. I mean I shouldnt have expected better but I did. Traditional respected media my butt

Wall St Journal has such terrible cancellation policies that you have to wonder about the content. They are clearly a rotten organisation that keeps customers by making it so hard to cancel .

I wish that I could give the WSJ zero stars. Dealing with their subscription cancellation policies was the worst experience ever. I subscribed for 3-month package that was required for a class, and after that period was over, the WSJ automatically started charging me monthly even though I specifically asked to be cancelled after the 3 months were up. They don't let you cancel online and their phone lines take too long or drop after you've been waiting for a long time. When I finally did get someone, it was so awful. When I told the person I wanted to cancel, she asked if I was still a student, which I am, and then went on a several minute long discussion on how the WSJ can help me, etc, etc. Told her that I was about to graduate so I didn't need it and then she went on another almost identical discussion on how it can help me find jobs, etc. I ended up losing my patience and finally interrupted her and said that I just wanted to cancel. So she finally let me. At one point I wondered if I was even going to be allowed to cancel. This is the first time I've ever reviewed a company because I have never been more upset by a company's policies. Honestly, they practically force you to buy their products. Definitely, avoid WSJ like the plague.

Wall Street is not a necessary function of our world. Farmers, Ranchers, and workers who do the job are. You have created a system of laziness and legal theft. FIAT currency is, well, fake... Might as well wipe your rears with it because it won't feed you... Now you see that you are just like the rest of US huh? Fancy cars, fancy restaurants, and fancy homes can't change the fact your human... Hope you are humbled by this Wall Street... I am enjoying watching things crumble in the financial district... After all its trillions that never really existed... You are functionally useless to the actual success of the human race. And that is a fact...
