Ws TapjoyReviews of ws.tapjoy.com

I completed the offer "MU: Dark Epoch" via the Tapjoy offerwall in Hero Wars. The milestones up to level 199 were credited to the same account and device (level 167 only after a support ticket). The next milestone was then rejected with a generic message: "requirements not met – violation of our terms of use". No specific reason was given, and the ticket was closed permanently. I did not use a VPN, emulator or multiple accounts, and it was a first-time install. The earlier milestones were approved under exactly the same conditions. This is the second time this has happened to me: with a previous offer for Royal Match (case #6133408), the later, higher-value milestones were also rejected with the same generic reason after the earlier ones were paid. Other users on this page report the same level-199 cutoff for the MU: Dark Epoch offer. To me this looks like a pattern, and I would urge other users to be careful before investing weeks of play time into long offers. MU: Dark Epoch case: [#6192294], rejected on Sep 26, 2026. I will gladly update this review if Tapjoy reviews both cases and either names the specific violation

I downloaded an offer, completed like half, and they payed half of the rewards, till they went to a better reward...calling i violated the terms and conditions, but how you rewarded me for half when i did the exact thing.

Every thing was fine, downloaded the game and half of the offer pays out, so I wanted to do the paid ones next. Spent $60 and all of a sudden I told I broke the rules. These guys are frauds. Don’t use them if you expect any issues to be resolved in your favor. I’m surprised this company still isn’t jailed with how much they steal from us

Absolut scam. I have used Tapjoy offers through the Lezhin app for a long time and, until recently, never had any major problems. Whenever a reward failed to credit, I contacted support and it was usually resolved without any issues. That has completely changed recently. First I experienced this with an offer for MU Dark Epoch. The first rewards were credited normally, but after reaching level 98, the rewards suddenly stopped. I continued playing all the way to level 150 until I noticed I didn’t receive several rewards. I contacted support and was told that I had supposedly violated the Terms of Service. I was given a dumb generic response saying that my reward was ineligible, and the ticket was closed. They didn’t even explain which Terms I supposedly violated. I have used the same device, have not used a VPN or proxy, and have not used cheats. That same thing happened with another offer Rise of Kingdoms. I received the first reward for the first milestone, and that’s it. I contacted support again! And once again I received essentially the exact same generic response claiming that I had violated the Terms of Service. That’s bullshit. I doubt a real person even looks at this. It’s always the same answers; they don’t address problems at all and just close the ticket so you’re unable to response. I earned these rewards by actually completing the offers. It is incredibly unfair to be accused that I violated the terms of use without being told what I allegedly did wrong. I have lost out on a significant amount of Lezhin Coins as a result, and I will stop using Tapjoy offers altogether and I recommend anyone not do waste their time.

After completing the proposed offer; i once again didn't receive my rewards (worth 300 euro) i have created multiple support tickets but always getting the same AI agent telling me i broke TOS and as such i am ineligible to collect the rewards; the classic BS excuse in order not to pay the high value rewards. this is unacceptable and i will file a complaint to the FTC. They randomly cancelled my current offer due to violation of ToS...I don't know what I violated, they just told me I did something wrong (I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what), great support, really

This is my previous email and it explains all to help others. They are breach court courts. They block communication and make you do work with no reward. You cant get much worse from a company. Ethically apps and companies should not work with or invest with them. I wouldnt trust anyone that does. Dear Tapjoy Support / Compliance Team, I am writing regarding my unresolved reward for completing the Township offer, in which I reached Level 51 and provided all requested evidence. Despite fully complying with the offer requirements, my reward has not been issued. I have now spent over three weeks attempting to resolve this matter. During this time, I have experienced the following: * Repeated instructions to contact customer support through tabs or pages that are blocked and inaccessible, despite being told this is the only way to communicate. * Multiple support tickets being closed without resolution, followed by instructions to reopen new tickets through links that do not work. * Repetitive, AI and automated responses that do not address the evidence I have already submitted. * Being told I have done something wrong without any clear explanation or proof, and then being asked to restart the same process again. I want to make it clear that I have reviewed the FTC Final Order against Tapjoy, Inc. (Docket No. C-4740). Based on that order, Tapjoy is required to: 1. Not misrepresent that consumers will receive a reward when they complete an offer. 2. Promptly investigate complaints where rewards are not delivered as promised. 3. Provide an easy-to-use method for consumers to submit and resolve support requests, without unnecessary barriers. 4. Stop offering or continuing offers when there is evidence that rewards are not being properly issued. 5. Not unfairly delay, deny, or obstruct consumers from receiving earned rewards. Your current handling of my case appears to violate these obligations, particularly by: * Preventing effective access to customer support, * Failing to meaningfully investigate my completed offer. * Repeatedly closing tickets without resolution. * Refusing to issue a reward that was clearly earned. This situation has caused me significant stress. Tapjoy is aware that I have a neurological/brain disorder, which makes prolonged, circular, and inaccessible support processes especially difficult. Continuing to delay and deflect resolution under these circumstances is deeply concerning. I am requesting the following immediately: * A proper manual review of my completed Township Level 51 offer using the evidence already provided. * Issuance of the promised reward without further delay or a clear, specific written explanation (not automated) detailing why the reward is being denied. * A single, functional point of contact to resolve this matter without being forced to reopen inaccessible or closed tickets. Please consider this a formal notice that I believe Tapjoy is not complying with the FTC Final Order in my case. I hope to resolve this directly and promptly without further escalation. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Francesca Thornhill My case number is 5093516. You already know this as youve said in my recent conversation you would look into it and now your follow up AGAIN is to close the conversation. I appeal to everyone to send proof to the FTC so they can close this fraudulent operation down. Waste of time
