They did not help what was needed to be fixed and then put me out on the street

I was promised a refund at any time if I was not satisfied. I have been waiting since Feb. for a confirmation # of the refund. Do not trust this outfit.

I was promised a refund if I took down my reviews. During the whole process this company has promised my refund (for six months) and hasn’t done it thus far. Their ghost writing service is horrendous and they will threaten you if you put up a negative review. Please be very careful when dealing with this company. Also, do not fall for the trick of having them finish your work before you can get a refund Reason they do that is you have to agree reluctantly to get each chapter finished and when the dreadful book is done they will tell you that you agreed to it and there will be no refund.

I stand by my review and criticism. The company is not correct when they say they reviewed 70 to 80% of my work. They reviewed 10% at best. From the beginning I told them I was not satisfied. They did very little work on my book. It certainly was not worth $1000. I agreed to compromise with them for a refund of $500. That offer is off the table when I take them to court in NY. My contract with them is clear - they promise a full refund. Now they are saying that is not the case. SCAMMERS! This company has no integrity. Do not pay them any money. I signed a contract agreeing that I would get a refund if I was not satisfied. Their editing is terrible. I asked for a refund, not for the whole amount but just half. They ignored me. I didn't ask for the whole amount because they read about 40 pages. I think I was way too generous with them. In any event, don't waste your money with this company.

Hello Janet, Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your particular case and identified that you were satisfied with our services all along. We delivered one chapter at a time to maintain our customer feedback protocol and to ensure that you are happy with the work and we are moving in the right direction. Our records show that you have approved each one of the chapters until your book was 70%-80% completed. During the Christmas period, you suddenly demanded a refund without giving any valid reasons. If you were not satisfied with the final chapter, we give all our clients an option for unlimited revisions. We can always assign a new writer to your project and we work until each one of our clients is satisfied. This is the reason why all of our clients are happy and satisfied with our services. We never compromise on delivering excellent support and quality work. We have documented record and evidence of your approval and satisfaction on each of our deliveries. Please be advised that if you ask for an unjustified refund after receiving all of your work, it does not qualify for a legit reason for a refund. If you still feel that you haven't been delivered as promised, please reach out to us again and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you. Sincerely, Writing Avenue.
