I cannot give a true and full review at this point, as I have not gone through the product in detail. It did arrive on time and from a cursory view it looks pretty good.

Despite the fact that my text was messed up the first time, the response from customer support was fast, fixed my problem, rushed out a new set, and even allowed me to make some design changes at no cost or hassle (didn't even ask me to send them back). I do really wish the proofs were a 3D image so I could have gotten a better idea of what it would look like, and avoided needing to make those design changes, but it's fine. My only real complaint is that I've had to air them out in my garage for two days and they still have a pretty strong petroleum smell, but it is getting better.

The glow green wristband I was hoping would be more green. Still good quality. I like the glitter.

My order was short from the number that I actually ordered. I contacted the company and they are issuing a refund for the missing bands. This is fine, however what if I needed those bands? Since we are on a tight budget I only ordered a few extra. With that said, if I had not ordered extra what do I tell the six-year-old who would not get the band everyone else got?

Great to work with. Would prefer to process with a person, rather than everything done on line. My personal choice. Talking with a warm body works better for me, but I understand the cost of staffing to process that way. I would certainly work with this company again!

one of them broke right wish they were a little more elastic. Love it otherwise
