I was pleased with the fast shipping and affordability of the wristbands I purchased for my event. They did not come torn apart but found some volunteers to help with that and they were great to have the extra tear off ticket for winning on their wrist.

Very happy with the wristbands I received, a few months in none of them are much worse for wear. In the future, it would be nice to be able to get multiple smaller orders of different colours as opposed to one large order of one colour.

Quick delivery...good price...easy to use site...my only issue was it says there is a 20 box volume discount but it never says how much and it says it will be taken off at checkout but did not receive any discount

I had very little trouble figuring out what to do to make the wristband look the way I wanted it to look.

Arrived in a timely manner. Numbered for ease of tracking. Will be used for guests choosing all inclusive rate. They are light, colorful, bright and secure - won't drop off. Please with the product.

The wristbands came out really great, but there were a few wristbands that came out looking bad. The lettering on some wristbands were pealing off.

They delivered my order exactly as expected and ahead of time. Only complaint is that shipping information was not given until well after shipment had gone out and the information on the website was incorrect. Calling customer service on the first occasion was unhelpful as they could not tell me the status of my order and did not return a call with the information when they said they would. When I called the second time they did give me the information I needed. Product was exactly as designed and requested. 5 Stars for product, 3 for customer service, and a 4 for delivery speed.
