Website is NOT intuitive. Company needs to overhaul the selection and ordering process. Especially the selection process. Minimum order required is too large for events like family reunions. How many family reunions have 100 attendees? Gave away multiples to families with children. Still have more than half my order that is now obsolete. But EVERYONE that got a wristband thought it was a clever keepsake. So that was a big plus. I received the wristbands I ordered in a timely manner.

The bands were Great but there could've been a few improvements with the process. See Adjustments For some reason my first order didn't go through, payment and everything else but the design didn't...even though I designed it and saved it. but the customer rep who told me what happened over email & was very helpful and very quick! Thank you! I had to do my design over which was annoying but it was done. The 2nd time I did my order I contacted the online customer care to make sure everything went through & he or she was also good and helpful. When you checkout, I believe they should define clearly what you are paying for because it looks like your paying for your items double, but its just the words/color. That was a bit confusing. Lastly, for finished product--everything looks really good but the color came out a little lighter than it looks on the site. I thought it would be a brighter blue...but its ok--Everyone really likes the bands. We may do it again but it was more expensive than we previously thought so we shall see. Thanks again.

We recently held an event in Tampa, FL and utilized Wristband Resources for our wristband needs. We sent over our logo and had our wristbands customized to promote our organization. We, at the last minute, decided to add a second and third color and immediately placed a second order. The order was shipped within days and we had our collateral with a couple days to spare. They were easy to work with and I look forward to utilizing their services again soon.

The products we purchased were excellent quality. The only thing we'd fix is delivery time was a little longer than expected.

I like their new ability to save designs so we don't have to re-design online every time we order. I still don't like the fact that we have to pay for a new print plate every time we order wristbands with the same design we printed on the last order.

Order online was easy with many selections! Price was good and the process of ordering and receiving was easy! My order arrived quickly and on time! Thank you.

I love the fact that they are very cost efficient and they also have a wide variety to choose from.

Great wristbands. They were shipped in great time but I wish it was easier to upload an image on the website while making wristband orders.
