I typed in the wrong address and their customer service emailed me directly (personal email, not an automatic reply) the same day and got the correct info from me via email and they did the rest themselves. I don't review much online but this company deserved one.

I had an order that I thought was going to be received on a certain date in time for an event. The rep noticed that my bracelets had an event date on them and that they would not be received by that date. I was notified immediately and we were able to get the order delivered in time.
