I did order multiple times from Wristband.com. I originally had another team member trying but they had a difficult time manuvering the site. Some direction on placing and editing the wording would be very helpful. Had to play with it a bit to figure it out. I like the product and will use again in the future.

When I ordered the product I called after the due ship date to ensure they had shipped since it hadn't been updated online. The lady I talked with was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off anytime I asked anything. The only question I had was if the material had shipped and I got an explanation (as if I was a child) on what their shipping process is. After this I sent an email asking for management to call me, who left a snotty voicemail on my phone and never returned my phone call. As for the product, it came well packaged and was a good product for the cost. As for their customer service experience though, I will probably use someone else if I need to order wristbands again.
