Our wristbands did not come to us as we ordered them. The letters were not printed in black so it is hard to see the letters.

Our order was incorrect and only received half of what we ordered. But we received a refund for the portion we didn't receive in a timely manner and that was appreciated. I would order from you again, i would just have it shipped to me to make sure the count is correct instead of shipping to my location. My attendees that did wear the wristbands said that yours were a better quality than the one's we had to rush to buy so I thought that was positive as well. Thanks! Kyra

I ordered 2000 custom bands with vouchers and one band on each page, the middle one was smeared..other than that, had no time to return for a corrected order. Would order again.

The band color I chose looked like a brighter color on the website. I was disappointed that the color (green) was dull. I would have ordered the brighter looking green

The experience was fine, but the order shipped very late. It sat in a Fedex location 30 miles from my house for more than a week! I had no problems with the rest of the process. Just fix the shipping and you're fine.

hi I am glad to be able to customize the wristbands, but the production time took so long I had to call and pay an additional fee for expedited shipping to receive the product in time. Customer service was very nice and helpful though. The wristband tabs were also a bit flimsy and came off easily.

I love the product. Did the same order in 2013. I wanted to do White print on the navy blue wrist band. I called the customer service (in 2013), spoke to a gentleman and he gladly did it. This year when I called to change it from black to white (because only black print is available online), the two ladies that I spoke to said I would have to pay an additional $25 to make that change...
