These are the best gloves for a barre or pilates workout!

THESE GLOVES ARE WRIST SAVERS! I've had a really hard time with yoga because of tendonitis in my wrists. I couldn't do many of the poses and many more I couldn't hold as long as the class did. I've been using the gloves for a couple weeks now and have not had ANY wrist pain since I got them. I can do all the poses and hold them. They make yoga so much more enjoyable!

Marcy, we so glad to hear that you can enjoy your yoga and do all the poses with your WAGs. That's terrific!

My WAGS help so much with my wrist and thumb pain when practicing yoga. I just replaced my original pair and can’t say enough good things about them!

Thé gloves work well to allow me to do hand supported exercises like push ups and planks without pain at the base of my thumb joint. The size seems just right after following the guidelines provided on the website. Plan to buy a second pair - one pair for workouts at home and a second pair for the Pilates studio.

Really helps stabilize my wrist.

I am happy my Wags Yoga Gloves. They were what I was looking for. I broke my wrist nine years ago and the wags help support me during my yoga exercises especially the downward dog. My wrist is weak and the gloves support is excellent

Honestly going in I had my doubts, but the gloves really do help. I went from intense wrist pain to barely any (I have arthritis), and can even hold poses like downward dog a lot longer now! Gloves look super cool, too, a few of my friends are jealous. Would definitely recommend to anyone else who suffers from arthritis in the hands or wrists.

I have arthritis in my hands, which makes much of my work-out painful. WAGs have made a difference--the cushioning is what I need. More cushion would be even better for me, but these gloves really help!
