Terrible company, cleaver marketing that’s about it. Zero customer service, avoid!

They simply don’t work. No difference whatsoever to wrinkles on forehead, after wearing forehead patch overnight for 8+ hours. Came out of my morning shower with the exact same skin that I always have. Waste of money.

I wanted to write a review the day after I first used a chest patch but I also wanted to wait so I could give an honest review after reading some of the not so good feedback. The chest patch for me is amazing. I noticed a difference the very next day when I took the patch off for the first time, It had worked wonders. I looked at the area where my chest lines usually are and I really could not see them. I held off from reviewing sooner because I wanted to make sure that the patch really did last as long as they claimed it would. Today is day 14 and it’s still sticking to me and keeping the lines at bay. It’s not short lived, The results for me last all day. The first night I slept on my back and I was so worried that it would slide off that I kept waking up in a panic, but it was stuck to me like glue. Sometimes I accidentally roll onto my side because that’s my favourite sleeping position but it still keeps the lines at bay. I also bought Silicone patch cleanser so I’m not sure if that makes a difference and I wash my chest area before applying the patch but I only use a wet flannel and then dry my skin and apply the patch within say 10 seconds and it sticks. I get no reaction from the adhesive. I must add that I tried the forehead patches and unfortunately for me they are too big because I have quite a small face. I did however cut it down but I found that it enlarged my pores so I haven’t continued with the forehead patches but I will 100% continue with the chest patches which are thicker. I've been using the eye patches for about 8 days. Maybe I've been lucky but the product was delivered really quickly as too has the second batch I've just ordered. I've not had to contact customer services so I can't comment in that regard. Currently up to 4 days of continuous nightly use for my second pair of patches. I have cleaned these each morning using the silicone cleaner and so far they've retained their stickiness. The first pair I tried I failed to read the cleaning instructions correctly and they only lasted for 4 wears. I suffer from sensitive skin and have had no adverse reaction. Are the comfortable? yes they are. Do they work? Yes they do. I am 58 woman and a habitual side sleeper with a deep crease forming on my right cheek as a result. This has now almost disappeared. I am only giving them 4 stars as I'm currently unsure how many wears I'll get and they are pricey in my opinion which may prohibite my ability to continue to use them which is a shame as it's the only product I've found to work.

NOT AS ADVERTISED - Very Expensive for what you get - product is not as advertised - they say patches will be able to be reused 15-20 times. Not true. They were falling off the first and second time even though I followed instructions and washed my face before application. Patches were poorly shaped for where I needed them on my face. Return policy is only 14 days which doesn't give enough time for trying them if they say you can reuse them for 20 times!!! hahaha - ridiculous.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Patch didn’t stick. Customer services is ignoring my request to return and get a refund. Customer services takes days to respond to your email and then offers another solution that you don’t want! Appalling service

These work really well but they're only good for a couple uses... they say up to 15 uses but that is not true. They lose their stickiness to your skin which makes them not very useful at all... too expensive for just a couple uses
