Zero customer service
The cleansing fluid had leaked during transit, so half lost. Numerous emails not answered and no phone number available. Rubbish company.

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! This product does not work as described and even left my skin bumpy with a weird texture that lasted several hours. Does not smooth expression-related wrinkles. Customer service is terrible - they did reply but encouraged me to try the product in a different way. Refusing to honour a return or refund. GARBAGE.

I am going to contact trading standards, useless product and 3 emails ignored bar an auto reply.
I ordered the mouth and lip patches but they were far too big. I wanted to use them vertically and had to wrap them under my chin. As a result, they did not stick properly. I used the form submission on their website to ask about exchanging them for the eye patches as they look a better size use on marrionette lines but they have not replied. I also sent an email on 15th and 19th of Jan but again, no reply received. I had a dispatch email on 7 Jan so I am currently within the 14 day return period as I received them on the 10th. They constantly send marketing emails but obviously have a problem replying to queries. Not impressed!

This product just doesn’t work
This product just doesn’t work! They have no customer services, I emailed numerous time but heard nothing. A complete waste of money please avoid!

DISAPPOINTED
AFTER ALL THE HYPE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO GIVE IT A GOOD GO AS THEY DIDNT STICK OVERNIGHT AND SOME GOT STUCK TOGETHER TRYING TO PEEL IT OFF. FOR THE EXPENSE ITS NOT WORTH TRYING

The product does not work at all.
Patches do not stick to the skin at all. But even while holding the patch, I saw no difference in my skin.

This company are scammers
This company are scammers. They sell you products that don't work. There is no phone number to contact them on and when you email them you get an automated reply reading "We’re experiencing a few more emails than usual right now, but you’re on our radar and you’ll hear back from us within 48 hours (promise!)". Some promise that is 48hrs - it's now 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
