Couldn’t find him online, he operates at certain hours, so I lost all my money (15€)

Hello, I am open for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. 10am-10pm MST (Phoenix Arizona Time), and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as I have stated in multiple places on the website and on the emails you have received. I have even went as far as to message you on my day off to try and find a way to get you your order. You have not lost any money at all as your order is still and will always be available for pickup. Please follow the simple hours of operation to claim your order just as every other person has successfully done so far. Have a wonderful day.

really good experience, took a while though.
i'm a first time buyer, and i had to get my order via live chat which wasnt what im used to, but the person helping me was super helpful and nice! the eggs i ordered came almost ready to hatch, so it was easy for me to get them almost immediately!!

Everything was great
Everything was great. I got exactly what I ordered. It took until the next day but that's partially my fault for ordering late at night. Would recommend
