Hello Candice, I'm sorry for the issue with the delivery. We appreciate that you are a long time customer of us. As we communicated to you week ago, your order was lost, case with USPS was opened and you got replacement package delivered with another carrier. We don't believe that your rating is fair since we as a company send your product on time and send you second order to replace first lost without waiting on outcome of USPS investigation. We cant control other company and how they do business. Just would recomend next time when you choosing carrier please choose UPS or Fedex.

Hello, we really confused by your feedback. By checking your order history, we see that only order that you placed was for the free recipe books. There is no product was ordered and no record of any customer service communication.

Hello- We're sorry you're not happy with your order. Our shipping department works Monday-Thursday, your order was placed on Saturday and shipped on Tuesday. You chose USPS as your shipping company, the package was delivered on Saturday which was within 4 days. Your order was delivered within a week from your initial order. Considering the holiday season USPS can take a little longer. Unfortunately, we have no control once the package has left our facility. In the future, if you want faster shipping Amazon Prime may be a better option or you can always purchase next-day shipping. Thank you for your order, wishing you Happy Holidays!

Hello, I contacted you earlier today and your order is scheduled to arrive today. The President's holiday might have delayed the arrival of your order. You placed the order over the holidays. We working Monday through Thursday except major holidays. We processed and shipped your order same day. Lead time of 3-5 business days provided by the carrier company which you choose. We have no control of it. Since Covid all carriers experiencing some delays. So we sorry that you unhappy with your purchase Leadtime but as WrawP we did our best to process and ship out your order same day. Also we respond on your email right the way during our business hours. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in you getting your order. Order was placed after hours on a Thursday and our office is closed Fri thru Sun so order shipped on Monday via UPS. It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, Tuesday. We have no control over the amount of time orders are in transit and are sorry it's taking over a week for UPS to get the order to you.
