I purchased 2 LOQI luggage covers to replace an existing one I have had for years. LOQI don't seem to be making them any longer and I was struggling to find a replacement. With a little help from Chatgpt I was able to locate the design of my existing one and found this company via Amazon.com. Shipping to the freight forwarding company was quick, and the response from the company when I had a query was very quick. Can't tell you how happy I am to have been able to get these!

Ordered something weeks ago and was supposed to arrive on November 21st... now it's delayed with no updates.

I had ordered vinyl labels for ~$6 and they tacked on $30 shipping. I immediately canceled the order and explained why. They responded immediately and would not cancel the order and said the shipping was for overnight. It took two weeks for the shipping to arrive and came first class. They deliberately ripped me off. Shame on them.
